Diligence

It is not possible to have a satisfied client, even if the results achieved are quite good, unless the attorney is diligent in the handling of what is undertaken.

Without diligence, time is lost. When time is lost, so is money. Our commitment is to handle what we are assigned in a diligent fashion. This means that we do things expeditiously, in the proper order and time frame, to accomplish the goals and results desired. Sometimes that means attempting to settle a matter before getting involved in extensive discovery. Other times, it is necessary to battle all the way through trials and appeals.

Our past record of both obtaining outstanding results and keeping the same clients for decades is a clear indication that we are diligent in representing our clients’ interests.
